Arrived just as advertised. Seat is very comfortable - I was able to sit and move my wheelchair around for a long time without any soreness. Suggestion for the company: please consider adding a headrest too, so that there’s neck support.

The handle was damaged during shipping and I contacted the support team. I didn't think they would get me the replacement so fast and even provide extra support on installation. Everything is working perfectly now. This is top tier customer service.
